Hello,

The last week by an error I start the laboratory 'Implement information protection and data loss prevention by using Microsoft Purview'

The assessment date from the las week was April 20, 2026. I closed and the result was 0%, because first I need to complete the Learning Path.

Once I completed the learning path, today I complete the laboratory, once I finished and submitted I don't received any result from the Laboratory.

You can verify that I just took the test, as the lab allows you to do it every 72 hours, but if you look at the attached photo, you'll see that the last result was given on April 20th. So there must be some mistake.Captura de pantalla 2026-04-27 115653

I would like to have a clear answer regarding the problem.

Regards.

For Microsoft Applied Skills assessment labs, results are normally available within minutes after selecting Submit Assessment and leaving the lab. The pass/fail status and skill‑level feedback are shown in the Learn profile on the Applied Skills credential details page.

If a result does not appear in the profile within 24 hours of finishing the lab, the documented next step is to contact Microsoft Credentials Support so the issue can be investigated. Score changes are not handled through the lab UI itself.

Because the April 20 result is still the only one shown and the new attempt has not appeared after submission, this falls into the “result doesn’t appear within 24 hours” case and must be handled directly by Support.

    Action steps:

    1. Wait up to 24 hours from the time the latest lab attempt was submitted.
    2. If no new result appears on the Applied Skills credential details page in the Learn profile after that time, open a case with Microsoft Credentials Support and reference the assessment lab, date, and that the lab was submitted but no result was recorded.

Support can review the assessment records and advise on next steps; community moderators and forum participants cannot correct or rescore Applied Skills labs.
