Could you try adding your phone number by signing into your Microsoft account online on a mobile browser, using the device where the SIM card for that number is inserted?

- Click "Add phone number".
- Verify country code.
- Type your mobile number without space and without zero (0) at the beginning, and without these special characters: ( ) [ ] . - * /".
- Then confirm password.
