My document, 400+ pages, no longer shows tracked changes. I have Reviewing mode on, I've checked tracking prefs. All I see are the comments. No inline colored changes by me or the other person. Now what???

On the Review tab, click Markup Options and see which options are selected there. In particular, which option is selected on the Balloons submenu?

Also look at the tracking preferences, for example, via Review > Markup Options > Preferences.

While you're in the Help menu it would be a good idea to select Check for Updates. The version you cited is out of date. Version 16.109 [or later depending on Update Channel] is current. You haven't explained the issue but it's entirely possible tht updating will provid the remedy. If not, please follow Stefan's recommendation to post your specific concern here.

Also note that Help> Word Help sometimes renders information pertaining to Word for Windows so you may need to return here after all 🙂
