Hello!

I understand that the 'Email Communication Service' in ACS does not support dedicated IPs.

My question is about the dynamic IPs that will be used while sending emails:

Will those IPs be used only for sending emails vs random IPs that has never been used to send emails?

For example: SendGrid might share IP amongst thier clients but those are used ONLY for sending email, so they do have sender reputation.

Note: I went throught the article: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/communication-services/ but did not find IP address information for email communications. Sorry if I missed it.

Thank you

Sudha

    @Sudha Vijjeswarapu (DDC)
    The IPs that ACS use to send emails go through a process of IP warmup in the beginning, so that they should have achieved a sender reputation beforehand. so yes emails are delivered with warmed up IPs only.

    Let us know if you have further questions.
