Windows 11 Sign-in (lock) screen does not show sign in form after returning back from screensaver

It does show the sign in form (PIN input) after 15 to 25 seconds of delay.

Do you have any recommendations for the fix?

Windows 11 is truly frustrating. The problem raised by the OP is very real. I have experienced it multiple times, with no fix.
It would be better, if Microsoft can define properly which Hardware can run Windows 11 flawlessly, instead of passing an Hardware and then, after restart or startup, the user can't login, only a screen saver/lock screen with date and time shows. Can't slide up, or shows black screen, without being able to sign in.

I solved this problem by downgrading back to Windows 10

    1. Hold Shift and click Restart wait until computer navigates to the Options page
    2. From the Options select "Troubleshoot"
    3. Select "Advanced Options"
    4. Select "Uninstall Updates"
    5. Select "Uninstall latest feature updates"

Wait until computer downgrades to Windows 10.

    Problem solved.

Pressing Ctrl+Alt+Delete seems to magically fix this problem.

Try open start and search for feedback and open the Feedback Hub app and report this issue.
Check and see if there is any new update?

    @Altay Adademir
    Hi,
Did you mean that there is a delay between lock screen and login screen?
Did you have the same problem in the Windows10 version?
As far as I know, there is no related known issues has been offered.
    https://blogs.windows.com/windows-insider/2021/06/28/announcing-the-first-insider-preview-for-windows-11/

If this has recently started to occur, consider using a System Restore point created before this happened, or restoring a disk image you created.
Try booting to Safe Mode. Do you see the same delay? If not, that suggests it's something installed that's responsible.

If this problem only occurs in Windows 11, since Windows 11 Insider Previews version now as an early experience, you can use the Feedback Hub app to share your problem and wait for the next update.

Hope above information can help you.
