1) Can we share Azure Recovery vault across different subscriptions in the same tenant ?
2) Can we have one resource guard (MUA) for several Azure Recovery vaults ?

    In this thread there is the respond to your question:

    It's not possible to backup VMs in Subscription-A in a Recovery Service Vault in Subscription-B.
    The VM you want to backup and the Recovery Service Vault must be in the same Subscription.
