CLOCK WATCHDOG TIMEOUT bluescreen

I've been getting these CLOCK_WATCHDOG_TIMEOUT Bluescreens on my laptop lately, they happen infrequently. I have tried using Memory Diagnostics but it said that there were no errors. Does anybody know how to stop this from reocurring? It's very annoying.
