Grant external users access tp API Mangament

I want to invite user from other Azure Tenant to have access to resources created at my tenant. I sent invite but user getting error message "AADSTS500213: The resource tenant's cross-tenant access policy does not allow this user to access this tenant."

Is this the correct way to grant access? If not, please advise

    Hello @BlackCat and thanks for reaching out. AADSTS500213 error is being displayed due your tenant Inbound access settings blocking access. Please change them to better suite your needs. For example you may want to allow access to selected external users or groups. Regarding access to Azure resources, please follow instructions provided in Tutorial: Grant a user access to Azure resources using the Azure portal.
