Is there an issue to send SMS to India pgone numbers?

Hi, I am using Azure Communication Services to send SMSs in a Dynamics 365 system and I noticed that some of our testing team member, which are located in India, are not receiving the text messages for some reason, while USA team resources, receive the messages just fine, is this a known issue or something that we have missing in our Azure resource?

    As mentioned in the Azure Documentation, the capabilities available (PSTN/SMS, Inbound/Outbound) depend on the country that you're operating within (your Azure billing address location) your use case, and the phone number type that you've selected. These capabilities vary by country due to regulatory requirements.

    Also, SMS messages can be sent to and received from United States phone numbers. Phone numbers that are located in other geographies are not yet supported by Azure Communication Services SMS.
