Different Access for 2 Administrator (ADO)

Hi,
I'm Pribaria. I've issues with my Azzure DevOps. there are 2 administrators in a project (Pribaria & Risna). In "Sprint" feature, I can filter all of the project team member, all members appear. but Risna can't filter, the project members name didn't appear in her ADO.
All of the permission already done to check, manage user already same, and we have same permission as administrator. but the issue still appears.

Hello @Zarena, Pribaria and thanks for reaching out. Regardless of the Azure AD roles assigned to each user, their DevOps permissions should be honored. That unless an existing deny permission entry is applicable. Try removing the user from the organization and re-adding it as project administrator. If the issue persists, please use one of the Azure DevOps Support options for tailored support.
