Deleted a device (computer) accidenttaly unable to connect as admin account

I deleted a device (computer) accidentally on my Azure AD account
Now I am unable to get administrator access on this PC
I am also unable to create another admin account
I am stuck now....
Any idea ??

    Hello @Alain STUTZ and thanks for reaching out. If the device object has been deleted it cannot be recovered. You will have to unjoin the device and re-join it using a local Windows administrator account. If none is available you will have to re-install your OS and re-join it.
