How do i replace and update the company logo on the search, taskbar

Hi Guys

I'm trying my best to google this but can't find anything on it.

On our Company Win10 laptops, there is a company logo at the right of the search bar (also on top left).

How can i replace this logo with our new logo?

And can i do this globally through GPO or Reg Key deployment?

Hi Guys,
I found the solution.
The thing is that you have to login Microsoft 365 admin center ->Settings -> Organizational Profile -> Custom Themes -> Logos -> Default Theme-> Logos -> Default Logo -> Upload svg. format picture, URL only works for web portal not windows clients at the moment and waiting your clients laptop system to sync in 48 hours but all users on 21H2 or higher in their windows system.

These organizational settings are intended for modifying the login portal and banner colors. They do not affect changes in the Search taskbar. If you have an article related to making changes to the Search taskbar, I would greatly appreciate it if you could share it.

I did what i wrote above mentioned and also follow-up mentioned website steps as well.

It affects when added in svg format company banner, if the organizational IT uses office 365 admin center, the relevant company logo is added to the registry keys of the laptops within 48 hours.

Accounts -> Email & Accounts are also need to be added on your company e-mail address for laptops.

Could you please assist me in displaying the logo? Additionally, would you be so kind as to provide me with a sample SVG file and the width and height dimensions of the logo that you have successfully configured in your organization?

Dear Naveen,

You can use online edit platfrom from internet, such as https://image.online-convert.com/convert/jpg-to-svg
It has been less than 10 KB as you mentioned below Office365 Admin Center.

Furthermore, you have to also login on your local device email account with your company email address. After that you should be able to wait minimum 24, maximum 48 hours to sync it.

Since I don't know your company policies so that i can help you in this way, maybe you have a policy that prevents this situation, by doing the way I told you thus, my situation was resolved.

Finally, I have successfully added the logo to the search bar. However, while reviewing the settings under "Account" > "Access work or school," I noticed that the "Info" option is not visible when I expand "Azure AD join." For verification, could you please provide a screenshot of your Access work or school setup? It seems you have a similar configuration, and I'd like to confirm if all the policies implemented in your organization are indeed functioning.

Thanks for the reply, but i already have done this and the logo doesn't get updated.
the login prompt/screen does, but not the search bar.

as you can see, even the branding page is just for signing in prompts

Any other ideas? I'm pulling out my hair on this.

Not sure how long this logo has been in place, but we just updated our company logo and need it to be changed/replaced.
Does it matter how long ago?

It may take some time for it to update on your devices if you changed it recently. You can try a manual intune sync:

I have also noticed our is the "default", we have had our setting under Company Branding configured for over a year. Is there something that also needs to be set on the Intune side? This is the same on our Hyrbrid and fully Azure joined devices.

Did you end up finding a solution for this? Some of our laptops have it and some don't. We're trying to figure out why some don't have it.

You can change this under the Office Admin Portal, using the Microsoft 365 Themes.

It doesn't mention in the MS Docs that the theme will affect the Start Menu, but once you start configuring it you will see the preview under the Color tab in the Themes setup.
