I already read an article about this , but I couldn't get that can anybody please explain how to resolve this issue???

    Check the SQL Server error log for potential causes.

    Do what the message says:
    Viewing the SQL Server Error Log
    View and Read SQL Server Setup Log Files

    There are known issues with Win 11 and some SSD; do you use one?

    Hi @sandeep garlapati ,

    According to your errorlog: Database 'model' cannot be opened due to inaccessible files or insufficient memory or disk space.
    The system databases are installed one by one during the SQL Server installation, starting with the master database. It seems that the lack of space is causing the installation to fail.
    Please refer to this document: SQL Server 2019: Hardware and software requirements.
    If the lack of space is not the reason, please check the next two installation logs according to the path in the comment under my first answer.

    sorry for waiting you sir, What you said I understand those and I have checked ,I have the space of 320GB and all the requirements have been Verified everything was good according to the requirements has to met.
    as you said I will send these next log files sir. As you said these are the following details.txt ,summary.txt files 264113-summary.txt
