Extremely often users, probably through Teams client, creates new Microsoft Work accounts that is connected to the domain of their email account and this domain is without admin in Azure. Me and 400+ users are currently connected to same domain in Azure. I can log in to azure and list all the 400+ users/emails but cannot undo this. I cannot remove the domain or myself or other. There is of course no admin to this domain. Logging in to microsoft.com with this "broken" Microsoft Work User shows only an admin app and that app requests me to modify domain DNS record for me to become admin for the domain in Azure. As I am not owner of this domain, my email provider am, I cannot become admin and I cannot help myself or anyone to remove these accounts.

    Hi @andreas.gabriel ,

Thanks, of posting you query on Microsoft Q&A. I was able to review all the possibilities but found: "To add or delete users, you must be a User Administrator or Global Administrator" Ref URL: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/active-directory/fundamentals/add-users-azure-active-directory.

I would request you to check with the tenant admin or IT team handling the tenant to help you with this.

Please do let me know if you have any queries in the comments section.

    Thanks,
    Akshay Kaushik
