    Hi @Market Research Corridor

    Thank you for asking this question on the **Microsoft Q&A Platform. **

    You can access your Azure Active Directory at https://aad.portal.azure.com/

    Open incognito Windows in your browser, and login into your Azure Active Directory Portal. Sometimes, browser extension causes that kind of issue.

    You don't specify what kind of trial you have, but Azure Active Directory, by default is free.

    If you still have the issue, please share the error that you are receiving and what is the 1 month's trial that you have.

    Hope this helps!

    @Market Research Corridor
    Thank you for your post and for your time and patience throughout this issue!

    Error Message:
    AADSTS50020: User account '{EmailHidden}' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application '...cbdf3c' (Azure Portal) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

    As shared by @Carlos Solís Salazar , from the Error AADSTS50020 - User account from identity provider does not exist in tenant documentation, your specific issue would be related to Cause 4 - Guest user wasn't invited.

    Because the live.com user that you're logging in with doesn't belong to the Azure AD tenant. You'll need to sign in with a user that's part of the tenant, or have an Admin re-invite you as a Guest user using your live.com email address. If your user is still part of the tenant, you can also try logging in through a Private Browser to see if that resolves your issue.

    If you just created your Azure AD tenant with the Azure Free Trial, I'd also make sure you're in the correct tenant by navigating to the Azure portal settings and preferences and confirming you're in the correct directory.

    If you're still having issues with your Azure Free Trail, I'd recommend contacting our sales team to see if they can help troubleshoot any Azure Free Trial issues.
