Can you list all subscriptions you have? Maybe you you did not select to right one.
To manage your subscriptions- list/select you can use az commands:

Mitchell Ball 0 Reputation points2023-07-25T03:23:08.9466667+00:00 To anyone having this issue, make sure you Paste as plain text. Regular paste will add formatting that is pasted as additional characters and breaks the commands.
I was having the exact same issue and tried everything including typing out the whole command, but I must have got the syntax wrong.
after pasting as plain text it worked for me.
