How to connect virtual windows desktop to VPN on azure level

I have a VPN dedicated IP service, I need guidance on how to connect it on the azure portal level so the IP showing on the virtual desktop will be my dedicated VPN IP, is that possible?

    If you require access to your Azure Virtual Desktop via Private IP, you can Set up Private Link for Azure Virtual Desktop which is in preview right now.
