How can I reset my forgotten password when it says I don't have enough information on the form.

I have another account which I am having trouble getting into because it says that I do not have enough information, I have filled in as much as I could besides the part where it says any emails that I have received or sent. I don't think I received any emails on that account at the time so that's why I left it empty, but it still says that I don't have enough information.
