Our Microsoft hosted builds have stalled

Hello,
Our Microsoft hosted builds have stalled for over 4 hours. We have 0 in progress but all jobs say they are queued and are not progressing.

Message at the start of one of the build jobs:
“This agent request is not running yet. Current position in queue: 9. Current parallelism: 0. Max Parallelism for parallelism type ‘Microsoft-Hosted Private’: 2”
