    Hello Zoltan, This is most probably a bug with the software, but you can try the following: (1) Roll back updates (2) reset outlook preferences to default.

    Hi Ayomide, how can I "roll back updates"? Does it mean should I downgrade my Outlook? How can I do it?

    I'm looking into this, and at the moment I can see that there are recent releases of Outlook for Mac:

    https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/officeupdates/update-history-office-for-mac#march-21-2023

    I think upgrading to a newer version of Outlook can help you fix the problem.
