No outlook users in the firm can see photos of staff in outlook.

Tried changing the registry key and didn't work. HKEY_CURRENT_USER\Software\Microsoft\Office\16.0\Outlook\Contact\GalUseLdapPhoto to Dword 1. Any help is highly appreciated

    Hi @Nirmal Thomas ,

Start the Group Policy Management Console (GPMC).

    1. Under User Configuration, expand Administrative Templates to locate the policy node for your template.
      • When you are using the Office16.admx and Office16.adml templates, this node is named Microsoft Office 2016.
    2. Under Contact Card, double-click Do not display photograph..
    3. Select Disabled

    Hi @Nirmal Thomas ,

Please kindly re-check this function in your Outlook client to see the results: click File > Options > People, select Show user photographs when available. Note: we need to restart the Outlook to make it into effect.

If you are using Group Policy to manage this setting, disable the Do not display photograph policy setting:

(Important: Follow the steps in this section carefully. Serious problems might occur if you modify the registry incorrectly. Before you modify it, back up the registry for restoration in case problems occur.)

    Key: HKEY_CURRENT_USER\software\Policies\Microsoft\Office\x.0\common

    DWORD: TurnOffPhotograph

    Value: 0
