compte outlook envoie et ne reçoit pas les mails

je suis administratrice de plateforme office 365, j'ai un de mes utilisateurs qui ne reçoit pas les mail mais peut émettre.

les actions que j'ai eu a faire:

réinitialiser son mot de passe,

vérifier sa licence,

vérifier les propriétés de son compte dans le domaine et le centre d'administration.

Merci de m'aider a résoudre ce problème .

    In this case, check if the Exchange Online Plan is enabled:

    1.Sign in to the Microsoft 365 portal (https://portal.office.com) as an admin.

    2.Click users, and then click active users.

    Double-click the user. On the "Licenses and Apps" page, click to select the check boxes next to the items that you want to assign, make sure that exchange online plan is enabled.
