can't create new message in Outlook app on Mac when trying to reply from shared mailbox as sender

Hello,

when trying to reply on email from shared mailbox added to my Outlook app on Mac, I'm getting "Can't create new message" error.
I have to switch sender to my personal e-mail which works fine.
I saw this issue was reported and had something to do with signature, but happens if I use signature and also if I use no signature.

    Based on my test, when I reply to the email, I choose to reply from the shared mailbox, and it can be sent successfully.

    In order to confirm whether it is related to the client, log in to the web version and check whether it can be sent successfully. If yes, remove the shared mailbox on the client and add it again to see if the problem continues. Refer to the steps in this article: Open a shared Mail, Calendar or People folder in Outlook for Mac

    Also, according to the known issues in the official documentation, the Reply button does not work as expected, please install Office 16.65.22091101 update or later. Follow the steps documented in Update Office for Mac automatically to install the update. Capture

    Same problem, answer above is just a lost of time.

    Same issue. When I try to send a new email from the new Outlook for Mac client, I always get the "Can't Create New Email" message, so I have to keep reverting to the legacy version of Outlook. No obvious solve.

    Same issue here. I believe it's coming from the IMAP accounts.
