Hi @Migdalia Del Pino - Milly , What is the current version of Outlook ( File > Office Account > About Outlook )? Make sure that you have upgraded the Outlook to the current latest version. Given this case, it is recommended you try the following troubleshooting:
- Open Outlook in safe mode: Start Outlook in safe mode (press win + R and type : outlook.exe /safe) and check the result. If it works in Safe Mode, then the is likely to be a conflicting or corrupt add-in. Disable all add-ins and then open Outlook to confirm, if it works then enable add-in one by one until you get to the one which stops Outlook.
- Repair office from control panel
- Create a new profile and check the result: Go to Control Panel > Mail > Show Profiles. Select the profile that you want to remove, and then select Remove. Then select Add, type a name for the new profile in the Profile Name box.
