Can students use Smart Deploy with free A1Plus O365 licenses

We have 2000 students that we want to use Smart Deploy with free A1Plus O365 licenses. The students are not on the Domain can we continue to use Smart Deploy and the free A1Plus licensing? Thanks, Allan

@Allan Nordike, Thanks for posting in Q&A. Based on my researching, Smart deploy is not our Product. I am afraid it may not include in the license.

For Office 365 A1, the feature it includes in the following link:

And due to Plus, where Office Pro Plus is included is free for specific qualifying schools - but you have qualify and validate to get it free. if you have more question about licensing, you can contact licensing support in the following link to get more help::
