how to get start journey option to courses?

My email id: sirishathatikonda25@gmail.com .I have completed my pl-900 course and earned a certificate and also uploaded credly link in my profile of future ready talent .But did not mentioned as journey completed in my cloud skills ready account with same mail id. Because of this issue i am not getting start journey options showing as finish another journey first to other courses like AZ-104 which i am interested, so please help in solving the issue.I am also not getting my student status verified showing an error as Your email account has already been used for verification this year. If you think this is an error, please contact Support, so i request you to solve my issues. Thanking you sir.
