How to register Subscription to Microsoft.Security

I use prowler to scan my Azure environment benchmark but meet some issues. one is Subscription Not Registered, Please register to Microsoft.Security in order to view your security status. I don't know how to register the subscription to Microsoft.Security and did not find some doc to follow. Is there somebody can help this? Thanks!

Hello Thank you for reaching out. I would like to confirm that you can register for Azure Resource providers for your subscription using steps listed below:

Browse to following link for your Azure Portal: https://portal.azure.com/#view/Microsoft_Azure_Resources/RPStatus.ReactView
Select the affected subscription.
Search for the required resource provider.
Select the resource provider from the list and click on Register.
