How can I reopen a closed case? Our ticket has been closed and appears to have not been resolved. I have already sent some emails to all the technicians who were involved in this case but no response. I also called Microsoft support, but it looks like Microsoft support is only through Microsoft's help.microsoft.com website.

Sounds good then, a card would be required to secure the contract, but I wouldn't expect it to result in charges for the case.

You'll likely need to go the same path as opening a new ticket.

Hi Dave, thanks but I can't see this option on our case page. I have an e-mail from a Microsoft Technician who worked on our case where he said we have 1 year to reopen the case. THis case was created on Oct 7, 2022.

Ok, not sure what is meant here. I'd just try following the same steps opening a new case but then explain to them the details about reopening the old case.

I got it, but to create a new case I'll have to pay for it. Why paying for a new ticket if I'm eligible to reopen the one that is not solved yet?
