No, you cannot create more than one tenant in a single subscription. A subscription can only be associated with a single Azure Active Directory (Azure AD) tenant.

If you need to create resource groups for different tenants, you will need to create separate subscriptions for each tenant.

Here are the steps to create a new subscription:

    1. Go to the Azure portal.
    2. In the left navigation pane, select "Subscriptions".
    3. Click "Create subscription".
    4. In the "Create subscription" blade, enter a name for your subscription and select a subscription type.
    5. Click "Create".

Once you have created a new subscription, you can create resource groups for different tenants.

Here are the steps to create a new resource group:

    1. Go to the Azure portal.
    2. In the left navigation pane, select "Resource groups".
    3. Click "Create resource group".
    4. In the "Create resource group" blade, enter a name for your resource group and select a subscription.
    5. Select a region for your resource group.
    6. Click "Create".

Once you have created a new resource group, you can create resources in the resource group for the different tenants.

    @lakshmi

    Thank you for your post!

I understand that you have a question regarding Azure Subscriptions and whether or not you can associate another Tenant with a single Azure Subscription. Unfortunately, this isn't possible since Subscriptions can only trust a single directory while one Azure AD may be trusted by multiple subscriptions. For more info.

When it comes to your issue of creating a Resource Group within different Azure tenants for the Sales Team and IT Service Desk group, you'll have to use two separate Subscriptions in order to accomplish this.

If your organization needs an efficient way to manage access, policies, and compliance for your Sales and IT service desk subscriptions, you can look into leveraging Management groups.

    I hope this helps!
