Hi there

How to add our branded email-signature template to Outlook for all users in our tenant?

So, all users can customize it by entering their name, phone, etc., keeping the look and layout of the template. (NOT Disclaimer).

Thanks.

Since the mail flow disclaimer is not an option, there are three native ways to implement such signatures:

    1. Deploy signatures via VBScript, which would require you to turn off "roaming signatures" feature. You can then either launch a script on each device or deploy with, for example, a GPO if you still have local AD.
    2. Use PowerShell to add HTML email signatures.
    3. Send a configured email signature to everyone with instructions on how to add it to Outlook & customize it.

None of the above works perfectly, but neither does the native mail-flow email signature. An alternative is 3rd party email signature management tools which support Outlook email signatures. They come with a cost, but have features you can't find natively.

    Hi @frob ,

Do you want to make all staff with same email signature? If so, you can transport rule to add disclaimers as the Organization-wide signatures.

Regarding this point, we kindly suggest you refer https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoft-365/admin/setup/create-signatures-and-disclaimers?view=o365-worldwide to create signature and disclaimers of company-wide.

However, there are also some limitations of organization wide signatures:
