Azure B2C Custom Policy Account creation journey

Question

I am trying to verify the email by pressing "Send Verification Code" button I get error :{"status":"400","errorCode":"AADB2C90278","message":"Unable to validate the information provided."}

Please assist.

Hi @buyani.mhlongo , from this thread: I understand that you are trying to send the new password and receiving the error AADB2C90278: Unable to validate the information provided.

The error typically means that one of the validation technical profiles is failing in that step of the journey.
You can collect logs to discern why the failure is occurring.

One possibility is that the password is not meeting password requirements. For example, if the input value is greater than 256 characters, B2C return the generic "Unable to validate" error and display it.
