Share mailbox with a guest user

Question

Deseo compartir un buzón compartido con una persona externa a la organización, un asesor externo. Lo he dado de alta como usuario invitado, le he enviado la invitación y esta invitación aparece como aceptada en Azure en la ficha de usuario. Sin embargo, no puedo añadirlo al buzón compartido.

Do you want to grant access to the shared mailbox to external guest users?

This is not a supported scenario. You can't give people outside your business (such as people with a Gmail account) access to your shared mailbox.
