Hello! If there’s a shared inbox for outlook, can people who have access to that inbox see your search history? Like can they see what you have searched on your end in the shared inbox?

Hi @jsjjsjana9087 ,
Others who have access to the shared inbox cannot see your search history. Your search history is personal to you and is not visible to others who have access to the shared inbox.
Search history is stored locally on the computer or device on which it was performed. It is not stored on a server.
