Azure SQL DB - can't see option for SQL Server Developer Edition

When I created an Azure SQL Database (single server) I was expecting to see the option to select Workload environment: Development, which is the free edition of SQL Server. However, it's not there. I'm pretty sure I've seen it previously. I need to demo the capabilities of Azure SQL DB to clients. Should Developer Edition be available? Thanks.

    Hi @Sheridan Nye,

Once your database is created, you can change the settings as needed. For example, you could modify the pricing tier to a less or more powerful option in the portal by navigating to your database -- settings -- Compute + storage blade.
