I have an account on Microsoft Azure. I would like to obtain a phone number to send 1000 text messages, for example, as a test for the service by Azure.Communication.Sms SDK. Is my geographical scope possible? How can I pay and how much does it cost? Please help me

    Thanks for the question. Numbers can be purchased on eligible Azure subscriptions and in geographies where Communication Services is legally eligible to provide them. You can find a list of countries/regions that are supported here: https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/azure/communication-services/concepts/numbers/sub-eligibility-number-capability

    Based on the above Azure documentation, your region is currently not eligible to purchase a telephone number for ACS.
