My Outlook Client For Windows can be used, but using outlook on the web, 500 error( something went wrong) happens.

    Same issue. And it is only one old email account, a '@live.com'. I can sign into my other which is "@outlook.com". I can't sign into the 'live' account from my phone either. I've used two different devices, two different browsers, cleared caches, cleaned and restarted the PC and ran anti-malware. So its specifically one account, not the pc, browser or all of Outlook.

    Hey everyone! We were experiencing this same issue.

    The fix for us was to sign a user out of all of their Microsoft365 sessions via the admin center. The user was able to access email following this action. See picture below:
