Login with Other User fails

Our company has a Microsoft 365 Business Professional Plan for company ourdomain.ca

I reset a Windows 10 computer. In the initial setup process, I joined ******@ourdomain.ca to an Azure AD Work account with ******@ourdomain.ca from our plan. No problems with this user and the azure-joined device (Windows PC).

The issue:

When I choose switch user, choose Other User, and attempt to login with ******@ourdomain.ca I get the error:

"The username or password is incorrect. Try again."

I am confident that I typed ******@ourdomain.ca and password correctly.

Any ideas how I may solve this issue?

    Hello @Grangerider , in order to login with an additional Azure AD account into your joined Windows device you need to input the user principal name which may not match the user email address. E.g. User may be ******@otherdomain.com while email may be ******@maindomain.com. If that't not the case then follow the steps detailed in Troubleshooting Windows devices in Azure AD and let us know the results.
