Business Central - Lot No Info. Screen - Expiration Date Field Doesn't Always Populate

Hello,

We are using Microsoft Business Central ERP, and we found an inconsistency with the Lot No Information Cards.

We have Lot tracked items and use expiration dates for our items. Sometimes the expiration date will be populated in the Lot No Info Card and sometimes not. The expiration date IS assigned, and can be seen on the Lot Tags, but the field on the card is blank.

How does this field get populated? Perhaps our process is inconsistent which is causing this not to populate?
