Is there a way for an Admin to log into a user's Cloud PC?

Hey Everyone,

This community has been a great help in learning about Azure.
I have a somewhat basic question, but is it possible, as a Global Admin, to log into another user's Cloud PC from my own portal?
There are certain things that need to be configured within the Cloud PC before the user could utilize it. Moreso I would just like to know everything works before giving the access to the user.

If there is a way to do this, is it necessary that I also have a Cloud PC license attached to do so?

@Darren Persaud, Thanks for posting in Q&A. Based on my researching, for windows 365 cloud PCs, as an admin, you can remotely manage Windows 365 Cloud PCs by using the Microsoft 365 admin center or windows365.microsoft.com. Each supports several remote management actions.

As the Cloud PC is associated with the user account, it is not able to login the user's cloud PC directly using admin account in Windows 365 Cloud PC. You could do it with AVD, but not with Windows 365 because it is heavily Intune managed, more closed VDI system.

Thank you very much for getting back to me on this! Very helpful.

I do have another question, if you don't mind helping me again. I am coming across an issue with my user's cloud PC's. They are able to login without issue via the website, but when we try to log in using the "Remote Desktop" program on the host PC, the user's login is not working. I have confirmed multiple times that the password is the correctly inputted. Do you have any ideas as to why this is happening?

@Darren Persaud, Thanks for the reply. From your description, I know the Windows 365 cloud PC can access via website but failed to access via Remote Desktop.

Based on my experience, sometime if the MFA is enabled, it will be failed, please check if MFA is enable on our environment.

Meanwhile, please use other devices to test and see if it can access. Sometime GPOs may block the Remote desktop access. Please ensure no GPO are targeted to this device.

However, if the issue still persists, you can open case to do log analysis to troubleshoot it.
