Hello,
I created a "Test User" on Azure AD. I waited a couple of hours and the Test User does not show up on the on-premises AD Domain Controller. I have Azure AD Connect setup & it works fine to Import users from the Domain Controller. Please let me know where I can begin to troubleshoot.

Hello @Damian , Azure AD Connect does not support user writeback to on-premise, only write or sync to the cloud. You can, however, create your own writeback solution using tools suchs as PowerShell, Microsoft Graph and delta queries.
