Created a completely new Azure account with my own email address.

I login portal.azure.com page and go to "Azure Active Directly" and get this error:

Selected user account does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application '74658136-14ec-4630-ad9b-26e160ff0fc6' in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Please use a different account.

Not sure where to go and what to add as I cannot go anywhere. All around I see only above error. I can access main portal page only. I have only one account I created on azure portal.

I do not have organization. I do not have more users anywhere, just one account. I do not have hotmail live.com or any other email address. What should I do? Help.

AADSTS50020: User account '******@customdomain.com' from identity provider 'live.com' does not exist in tenant 'Microsoft Services' and cannot access the application 'f9885e6e-6f74-46b3-b595-350157a27541'(Microsoft_AAD_UsersAndTenants) in that tenant. The account needs to be added as an external user in the tenant first. Sign out and sign in again with a different Azure Active Directory user account.

    Update: Please follow this guide:

Solution found by @Artem Stivensonn https://customers.lakesidesoftware.com/articles/troubleshooting/Cloud-Add-the-Account-as-an-External-User-in-the-Tenant-First-1632490250805

Hi @Artem Stivensonn , since you're using a custom domain you'll need to invite that email to your tenant. Please follow the linked instructions, and then grant Global Admin permissions so you can manage your tenant.

Please let me know if you have any questions and I can help you further.
