@Vinod Survase, Thanks for posting in Q&A. To enroll Ubuntu OS in Intune, employees must install the Microsoft Intune app on their personal device and follow the enrollment process. During enrollment, the device is registered with Azure AD and evaluated for compliance. As an Intune administrator, you don't need to do anything to enable enrollment for employees, other than what's described under Prerequisites.

Ubuntu Desktop 22.04 or 20.04 LTS with a GNOME graphical desktop environment is required for enrollment. Linux devices enrolled with Microsoft Intune are considered corporate-owned devices. Device enrollment isn't supported with personal devices.

To deploy compliance policies, Intune admins can create policies in the Microsoft Endpoint Manager admin center. The compliance policy that Ubuntu/Linux OS devices support is in the following link:

Meanwhile, for device configuration profile, based as I know, there's no profile supported for Linux yet. But we can configure shell script on Linux.

Apply features and settings on your devices using device profiles in Microsoft Intune

Hope the above information can help.
