How to fix E1696 cannot open source file "atomic_ops.h"? for Holens 2

Question

Problem: After building and deploying, I get the following error:
E1696 cannot open source file "atomic_ops.h".
I am using a combination of realese and ARMx64

• first I used to have unhandled exception errors unhandled exception at 0x00007ffdd8ddfbb0 (gameassembly.dll) in webview2hololenssample.exe:
• I change my unity version to 2023.1.16f1 and i fixed that issue
• But I have now an E1696 cannot open source file "atomic_ops.h
• I saw this solution from microsoft QA that say to update the input system from 1.5.0 and update it. My input system is up to date and is 1.7.0 https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/answers/questions/1245814/how-to-fix-e1696-cannot-open-source-file-atomic-op

And he reported its a know issue and to check the know issues list. WHich I did but i didnt see nothing useful or that I understand

IMPORTANt: I am very new to this so could benefit of detailed explainaition
