I had same issue with a new laptop (April 5th 2024) when I updated after a fresh Win11 install. I uninstalled one-by-one until I removed KB5036212 which restored the taskbar.
Windows 11 Taskbar not showing after windows update.
Hi Team,
We are using Windows 10 and Windows 11 OS Platforms to our user machines. Last week (12.10.2023) our users update the Windows Update service pack (2023-10 Cumulative Update for Windows 11 Version 22H2 for x64-based Systems (KB5031354)). After update the service pack windows 11 user machine taskbar is not showing. I try to uninstall the update but again it's downloading automatically. so please give the detailed explanation for why the taskbar is not showing after update. Already we checked the same issue in Three user machines, the same issue occurs.

2024-04-14T19:25:34.1966667+00:00 I am having the same issue combined with blue screen errors, which makes it extra frustrating because when I try uninstalling updates or installing new ones it gets interrupted by bsod. ALSO ON THE DESKTOP THE SCREEN FLASHES BLACK INTERMITTENTLY AND CLOSES APPLICATIONS I OPEN.
