Application Proxy is currently disabled for your tenant (P2 License)

Does anyone know why my tenant would show app proxy disabled? Having issue in both of my Azure tenants, different domains.

I removed old connector and installed it again to troubleshoot but I get the same error. I am able to see the connector in the Azure dashboard but still shows disabled.

I have E5 license for my account that includes P2 license for both azure tenant domains

Note this was configured and working before.

    Hi @Eddie Does IT .

Thanks for reaching out to Microsoft Q&A

Reinstalling the connectors is the first troubleshooting step to take when dealing with this type of issue.

Besides that, check the Connector server logs which are basically the Application event viewer ones to search for potential communication issues between the server and Azure. There are more details about that on this document https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/entra/identity/app-proxy/application-proxy-troubleshoot#connector-errors but feel free to reach out if you have further questions.

    Thanks,

    Fabio
