Since the Microsoft Q&A community has a policy that "The question author cannot accept their own answer. Apologies for the delayed response, was on leave for couple of days, reviewed this issue and the case (case # 2311210040006468) which you opened with my team, We (Microsoft) already trusts the new G2 DigiCert certificates, so no action is pending from your end.
Issue: Received notification that Zoom is updating it's SSO certificates to DigiCert Global Root G2 and most cloud based IdP providers like Azure handle this automatically.
I would like to confirm if this is the case as our existing SSO configuration is configured for certificate renewal for Sept. 2024 but Zoom is making this change in Jan. 2024
Solution: @Angel Castillo Worked with both the support teams, below is the information received for this issue. received updated information from both Zoom Tier 2 SSO support and Microsoft as well both confirming that no action is required on our end for this.
If you have any other questions or are still running into more issues, please let me know.
Thank you again for your time and patience throughout this issue.
Please remember to "Accept Answer" if any answer/reply helped, so that others in the community facing similar issues can easily find the solution.
