I received notification that Zoom is updating it's SSO certificates to DigiCert Global Root G2 and most cloud based IdP providers like Azure handle this automatically.
I would like to confirm if this is the case as our existing SSO configuration is configured for certificate renewal for Sept. 2024 but Zoom is making this change in Jan. 2024

@Givary-MSFT I opened a ticket with Microsoft and they confirmed that I will need to update the certificate manually, but if you find something different regarding this, I would appreciate any feedback you have because I've also confirmed that the format for the Microsoft Azure Federated SSO Certificate is .cer yet the ones provided by Zoom are of the PEM format using .crt.pem and DER format using .crt
I've submitted this information to Zoom as well, but still waiting on confirmation on what certificate I'm suppose to use for them...thanks

I received updated information from both Zoom Tier 2 SSO support and Microsoft as well both confirming that no action is required on our end for this. Hope this helps someone else...thanks!

Robert, I received similar information from our Zoom support team that matches what you posted regarding what Microsoft confirmed, so thank you for that because I have yet to receive that confirmation from Microsoft.

Apologies for the delayed response, was on leave for couple of days, reviewed this issue and the case (case # 2311210040006468) which you opened with my team, We (Microsoft) already trusts the new G2 DigiCert certificates, so no action is pending from your end.

Solution: @Angel Castillo Worked with both the support teams, below is the information received for this issue. received updated information from both Zoom Tier 2 SSO support and Microsoft as well both confirming that no action is required on our end for this.
