gpt-35-turbo-1106 southindia Billing problem

Yesterday (November 21), we switched API calls for the gpt-35-turbo-1106 model from OpenAI to Azure's southindia gpt-35-turbo-1106. We checked the bill and found that the consumption on November 21 reached 33 US dollars, while our usage was about the same as before, which was about 3-4 US dollars in OpenAI before, more than 10 times more than before. We suspect that there is a problem with the billing, which is a very serious problem, and we hope to deal with it as soon as possible.

At present, there is also a problem with the bill display, which does not show the gpt-35-turbo-1106 model, but the GPT-Z-Base and GPT-X-Base, and we cannot query the exact transfer volume.

I also encountered the same problem, except that I deployed both GPT-4 and GPT-3.5 in the same region (the West US), both versions 1106. In the cost analysis, they are displayed as GPT-Z and GPT-X. I am unable to distinguish which one is GPT-4 and which is GPT-3.5. However, the billing cost for GPT-Z is abnormally high, more than double the highest billing standard (if calculated according to the highest billing rate, that is, $0.12/k tokens for GPT-4 32K).

I've already submitted a service ticket and am waiting for customer service feedback. They said they need to consult with a technician for confirmation, which usually takes several days.

They will be able to explain the discrepancies or assist with the charge.
