Yesterday (November 21), we switched API calls for the gpt-35-turbo-1106 model from OpenAI to Azure's southindia gpt-35-turbo-1106. We checked the bill and found that the consumption on November 21 reached 33 US dollars, while our usage was about the same as before, which was about 3-4 US dollars in OpenAI before, more than 10 times more than before. We suspect that there is a problem with the billing, which is a very serious problem, and we hope to deal with it as soon as possible.
At present, there is also a problem with the bill display, which does not show the gpt-35-turbo-1106 model, but the GPT-Z-Base and GPT-X-Base, and we cannot query the exact transfer volume.
