Dear Sir,

I am a individual developer . Since several days ago having issues accessing Microsoft Partner Center getting don't have permission to access the page at Earnings, Reports, and so checking the MyAccess page and it's display "You don't have permission to perform this task. For assistance, contact your account admin"
The question is, i am the only a individual developer and just only me on this Microsoft Partner Center account, so also defined as default administrator.

If i am checking the User management, it telling me, To manage users, sign in with your associated Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) credentials. I don't have a Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD). So, i am typing singing with the same Microsoft Partner Center email address, and it redirect back to the same error message information page.

It's a bug on Microsoft Partner Center?

after registered for a Microsoft Entra ID Free, checking the same user, it's me same email address with developer account with a Global Administrator and user type Member and look into me under default directory me as user Assigned roles just Global Administrator , if i add few more assignments , and do nothing on Partner Center, check the 2nd screenshot. also Microsoft Entra Connect is disabled, it's the Microsoft Entra Connect need to Enabled?

Please HELP ME here to solve the no idea what's going here, while it's really no idea what to do so. I am just a individual developer, just submitted apps and look for few earnings, not here to manage the it's more look like a huge server system administration system for wasting many hours to look for answers . Keep it simple for me. Please. Not easy to making applications

After many hours after registered for a Microsoft Entra ID free, wait and see anything solved and fixed at Partner Center. I can found the Default Directory show under the username icon, just after selected the Default Directory username and browsing Earnings page and Reports page, just blank data, NO data information for 12 months!? I am using latest Edge , firefox, Opera web browsers, all same same, just funny things is some sections of Partner Center ONLY works on firefox, odds.

It's a solutions for what is going on here? Nothing works.

    Having the exact same issue.

    I have opened a support ticket under account settings (because if you open as an Earnings problem Microsoft says I don't have access to Earnings)

    Hello,

    I'm having the same problem, I was informed that this problem was caused by Microsoft and I'm still waiting for it to be fixed.

    The Microsoft Support team answered that video file too big and requested again record steps. I recorded and sent to Microsoft Support team so I am waiting for reply from them.
    Nothing new was reported.

    Same problem here. One account does not have permissions to view Earnings (the same one I've been using for years), and the other account is seeing $0 earnings even though we just received a payment last week.
