Dear Sir,
I am a individual developer . Since several days ago having issues accessing Microsoft Partner Center getting don't have permission to access the page at Earnings, Reports, and so checking the MyAccess page and it's display "You don't have permission to perform this task. For assistance, contact your account admin"
The question is, i am the only a individual developer and just only me on this Microsoft Partner Center account, so also defined as default administrator.
If i am checking the User management, it telling me, To manage users, sign in with your associated Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD) credentials. I don't have a Microsoft Entra ID (formerly Azure AD). So, i am typing singing with the same Microsoft Partner Center email address, and it redirect back to the same error message information page.
It's a bug on Microsoft Partner Center?

after registered for a Microsoft Entra ID Free, checking the same user, it's me same email address with developer account with a Global Administrator and user type Member and look into me under default directory me as user Assigned roles just Global Administrator , if i add few more assignments , and do nothing on Partner Center, check the 2nd screenshot. also Microsoft Entra Connect is disabled, it's the Microsoft Entra Connect need to Enabled?
Please HELP ME here to solve the no idea what's going here, while it's really no idea what to do so. I am just a individual developer, just submitted apps and look for few earnings, not here to manage the it's more look like a huge server system administration system for wasting many hours to look for answers . Keep it simple for me. Please. Not easy to making applications

After many hours after registered for a Microsoft Entra ID free, wait and see anything solved and fixed at Partner Center. I can found the Default Directory show under the username icon, just after selected the Default Directory username and browsing Earnings page and Reports page, just blank data, NO data information for 12 months!? I am using latest Edge , firefox, Opera web browsers, all same same, just funny things is some sections of Partner Center ONLY works on firefox, odds.
It's a solutions for what is going on here? Nothing works.

I am having the same problem, from the past fews days, I'm not able to access one or two features like, earnings page and insights page.
Tried to contact microsoft team, and guess what! They have no clue about it.

For your scenario, please open a free support ticket here: Contact Us. Go to Contact us tab , find Non-Technical Support - Dashboard and choose SUBMIT AN INCIDENT. You could talk to the store team directly and confirm this behavior. The store team could check the status of your account in the back end.

But I contacted the support and they said, we are not able to confirm your account as it isn't connected to the services you mentioned! and closed the support ticket asap!

Ok, it's how to can i go to Step 2? It's just prompted me that Partner Center Support that wasting me several days to look for solutions on too many texts for nothing.

I have the same issue since 21.11.2023. I mean absoluty the same 1 by 1. I wrote to Microsoft Support team. They said that everything fine, but requested record video.
I sent the video with issue to Microsoft Support team. I also tried different browsers, clear cache and etc. Nothing helped. The old pages also does not works (https://partner.microsoft.com/dashboard/payouts/reports/transactionhistory)
I still haven't received a response from the team.
@lau han ching and @Hanzal I recommend reopen tickets include link to this topic and describe detailed issue (which browsers you used and etc). Also add info that you can provide video of issue.
The more information you provide, the higher the chance that a ticket will be opened.
@Alexander Maslov Yes bro! I already did that just before your comment, as they wanted me to record with PSR, and i recorded the errors step by step and sent the PSR file to them!

I've encountered the same issue. The Partner Center indicates that my account has access to Earnings, but in reality, I can't access it.
I think I might understand the reason. It's because my account in the Partner Center uses the Directory that is named as the same as my email address (it is different from the Default Directory), which doesn't exist in Azure AD (Entra ID), so I can't edit the permissions for my account.
But, my account is an administrator in the Partner Center, In theory it should be nothing to do with the Entra ID. I believe that this situation is entirely due to a bug in the Partner Center. The Partner Center is always full of various bugs, such as data errors and update delays. This new version of the Earnings workspace is clearly not working properly.

totally agree.
This is definitely an issue on Microsoft side. I lost my access couple days ago as well, which was working completely fine before.
Let's wait for someone from development team to tell that the issue was fixed... Looks like they messed up something during migration.

And the suggestion "open a free support ticket here: Contact Us. Go to Contact us tab , find Non-Technical Support - Dashboard and choose SUBMIT AN INCIDENT." is useless because when you select "Earnings" it wants to send you to the "tailored experience" in Partner Center, and you can't submit a ticket from there because the system still thinks you don't have permissions for that workspace and doesn't let you submit the ticket. You hit a dead end. I can't figure out a way to submit any ticket at all for this issue. Hence, I'm adding to this thread.

Just a simple question. Why can i submit a report , a incident, a whatsoever issue directly from inside Partner Center? Huawei developer portal center look more advanced.

The earning payout payment threshold in all cases is USD 50. just on Jan 15,2024 and the upcoming is 0.00. Current and next two months show Mar 2024. last time before the earnings page updated, always get payment when reaching above USD 50.00.

Because Jan 15, 2024 i see upcoming payments is 0.00, last time if reached payment threshold USD 50 and above, i am received payments. If i select my developer email account ID, the earnings page show the earnings data.
So, it's something goes wrong? Hopefully, it's solve before next payments. Got bills waiting for me.
and also Default Directory selected, the Payout and tax profiles also is blanks? and Organization profile also blank.
It's a conflict between Default Directory with the developer email account ID , used to all A-OK. Please solve it , if it's a problems here in Microsoft Developer Portal. I am waiting for payments, and it's not happened on Jan 15, 2024.

I also experience a similar issue again.
No errors shown, but everything is at $0.
Originally i thought i am using wrong account or directory, but there were exports being made for download, so that was the correct account/directory I was in.. and still all data were at $0.
When it will be fixed?
@Junjie Zhu - MSFT The problem has arrived again, Please help us all as you helped us before. It's again showing that you don't have permissions and is mostly stuck on login page when we click on Earning section, the login page arrives again and again as it won't let me in....
