Getting error "4000: Message is rejected due to fraud detection" while sending sms

Hi
I am trying to send SMS using ACS and i am getting error "4000: Message is rejected due to fraud detection".
I have checked documentation and it suggests that Code 4000 means limit exceeding, but as per documentation if Regulatory documents are submitted and status is approved that means I can submit unlimited SMS. I was sending sms smoothly but yeasterday it suddenly started giving me this error.
My submitted regulatory documents status is approved. So why my account is limited or if there is any other problem please point out that. because i have no other place where i can check that why sms are rejected

Based on the shared information, I understand that you are using tollfree number to send the sms which required verification and also as mentioned in this documentation, un-verified toll-free number messages will be blocked to US and CA numbers.
Also, you can check the status of the verification under regulatory documents section in the portal Telephone and SMS as shown below.
If you are not using the Toll-free number, could you please share more information about what exactly you are trying to do?
- What is communication service name, failure message operation Id and issue time stamp(utc) to check further on this.
- And also, make sure that you are exceeding the sms limits which are mentioned in this documentation.

I am using Toll-Free Number and Regulatory Document status is "Approved". Even if I am exceeding SMS limit per minute then atleast it should deliver some before limit exceed. Last message id is: "Outgoing_202401100827522af2cc8d-e57a-4cc1-adb2-d1c1188783e1_noam"

I'd love to also connect to get mine fixed. I have the exact same situation. My regulatory is approved and my limit is good enough to cater for what I'm sending.
